Processing Time
As our products are handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship from Sri Lanka to:

If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and your local postal service.
- Australia: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your parcel's journey.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are unable to accept responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
